Pirate Factions: Primeval Mutiny

The first pirate groups emerged during uprisings at *The Company*’s mines, after convicts sentenced to forced labor saw their releases indefinitely delayed without explanation. They took control of some of the mines and extracted enough resources to build their own space stations. They later dismantled the old installations, and still recycle parts of them to this day. These events were the main reason that led The Company to stop building large mines, and instead rely on isolated *Associate Workers*.
